This division is known of its exceptional and efficient achievements and yet of its application of cost effective methods ensuring satisfaction and safety to Globe clients at all times. It is pride inciting that known of its best and economic services Globe is the only contractor who has been awarded the project of operation & maintenance of the King Abdul Aziz port for three consecutive terms (each term of 3 years).

This specialized division contributed in the following projects:

King Fahd industrial port Jubail

Provision of operation, maintenance of port's facilities, electro-mechanical systems, air-conditioning, land-escaping etc..
From 19/12/1999 to 18/12/2002

By the end of 2005 Globe would complete another period of 3 years performing the same project making a total of services of 6 consecutive years.

Provision of painting services to KFIP'S A, B & C sectors.
